These terms describe how you may use the Vii Studio website and our mutual obligations when we work together.
01General
By using the site and contacting us you accept these terms. The site is informational and is not a public offer.
02Our services
We design and build websites, apps and brands. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are fixed in a separate contract or quote.
03Quotes & payment
Prices on the site are indicative ("from"). The final price is agreed individually. Payment terms and milestones are set out in the contract.
04Ownership of work
On full payment, the exclusive rights to the final product pass to the client. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
05Liability
We do our best, but we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant stage.
06Governing law
Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, under the applicable law.
